Kale leads the change and transformation activity across Jeppesen ForeFlight - a leading provider of innovative aviation software solutions. He is responsible for leading large-scale operational, commercial, and digital transformations including operating model redesign, systems modernization, and process excellence to build a scalable, high-performance standalone company.

Prior to Jeppesen ForeFlight, he held various roles spanning finance and strategy across Boeing’s Commercial Airplanes, Defense, and Services business units.

Kale holds a B.S. in Finance from Southern Illinois University Carbondale, and an MBA from Washington University, and is an active Certified Public Accountant.
