Richa will join Jeppesen ForeFlight in January 2026 as chief people officer and brings 25+ years of experience leading HR functions for a diverse set of companies including CloudBees, GE, PayPal, Zoox, Vantiv, Castlight Health, and Globalization Partners.

She has deep knowledge and expertise leading HR in companies ranging from start-ups to high-growth and scaled. Richa is known for her “people-first, business-forward” approach and for treating HR as a product function that scales growth, culture, and performance. She has designed and built modern, global people organizations; led org design and workforce planning tightly coupled to business outcomes; and created talent, performance, and compensation frameworks that support hybrid and remote-first teams in more than 40 countries.

Over her career, Richa has helped transform large public corporations from “good to great,” led pre-IPO to IPO readiness journeys, and supported global expansion and inorganic growth through M&A. She has partnered closely with CEOs, boards, and executive teams as a strategic advisor and, at times, de facto chief of staff - establishing operating rhythms, leadership accountability, and internal communications that enable faster, more cohesive execution. Richa's mission is to build companies where employees are proud to be at and from.

She obtained her master’s degree in organizational psychology from Delhi University (India) and an MBA from Wright State University in Ohio.
