Toya Del Valle
Chief Customer Officer

Toya Del Valle is the chief customer officer of Jeppesen ForeFlight - a leading provider of innovative aviation software solutions. She oversees customer success, customer support, training, & consulting and aviation research teams.

Prior to joining Jeppesen ForeFlight, Toya was the chief customer officer of Cornerstone OnDemand, a cloud-based talent management and learning software provider. In this role, she led the customer success, customer support, professional services, and learning teams. She also was a key leader in acquisition integration planning and execution, with an emphasis on culture, processes, systems, and knowledge sharing.

Toya’s demonstrated ability to lead from a human-centric approach has allowed her to consistently create strong business growth and drive toward successful outcomes throughout her career. Toya has previously held several senior leadership positions, including key roles at US Airways and American Airlines in operations and human resources, including leading the integration of the human resources business for the merger of both entities.

Toya holds a Masters of Business Administration from the University of Arizona, as well as a Bachelor’s in Business Management from the University of Missouri.
